Do you have an actual "physical" store?
No, we are on the internet only. But online stores have less overhead and we can offer more competitive prices than pet boutique stores. We also specialize on apparel and do not have all the pet items like you would normally find in a pet store.

Do you have a mail order print catalog?
No, we are on the internet only. Our website is our catalog.

Do you sell your items wholesale?
Yes, but only with previous arrangement with a reseller. If you are a reseller or any business of any kind who intend to resell and interested in doing business with go.fetch™, please send your inquiries to contact@mygofetch.com or use our "Contact Us" form regarding reselling our products. Our wholesale quantities are not big either so we are able to supply in small quantities only. Some items are not available for wholesale. Items are not readily available and will require manufacturing and long delivery times. Wholesale orders must be well-planned in advance to meet delivery date requirements.

I am a wholesaler with some products to offer. How do I get in touch with you?
We're sorry but we do not do wholesale purchases. Most of our products are manufactured and some items are purchased in small quantities only.

Do you manufacture your products?
Most of our products are manufactured by go.fetch™. We produce and stock only small quantities of these garments so most of our products have limited quanitities. Fabric designs are always ever changing for future offerings unless a particular fabric design is so much in demand by our customers that we will continue to produce them and continuously offer them in our website.

Some items such as customized garments and personalized embroidery are manufactured locally. These items have longer lead time and will be produced on a first-come first-served basis.

We have very limited resources so our stock levels are very low and although there are a lot of product mixes, we only supply limited quantities. Please remember that this business evolved from a hobby. It's growth during the past two (2) years is enough to keep our limited resources busy but we are not capable of to support stocking of different sizes of product mixes. Because of this, please note that product availability is very limited as well.

I live in London and would like to order some of your clothes. Do you ship outside the U.S?
No, but you may contact us at via e-mail at contact@mygofetch.com so I can make adjustments to shipping if necessary and advice you on what will change during the ordering process. Also you will require a Paypal account or a credit card to make payments via our on-line ordering process. If Paypal doesn't support the country where you reside or you do not have a credit card, please indicate that in the e-mail so we can determine appropriate payment procedures. It's a lot of inconvenience but if you are willing to deal with it, so do we!

I need help sizing an item. What should I do?

My dog is a pampered princess and already has lots and lots of dog clothing. That means I don't have to measure her when ordering new clothes, right?
Wrong, sorry. Just like people clothing, dog clothing sizes vary from manufacturer to manufacturer. You should always measure your pet and refer to the appropriate sizing chart listed in the item description to make sure that adorable party dress will fit her.

What forms of payment do you accept?

Can I pay with my check or send money order?
Yes, but you need to make special arrangements with us. You may contact us at contact@mygofetch.com to request for other forms of payment.

I changed my mind. Can I cancel my order?
Yes, as long as you inform us before we ship out the items. We will refund any of the items you are canceling and we will adjust taxes when applicable and delivery charges appropriately. If the items have been shipped out, please vist our "Store Policies - Exchange & Return Policy".

What are your shipping charges?

I just ordered a whole bunch of items from your site. When are they going to arrive?
Items that are readily available will ship out within 2-3 business days. Customized apparel and personalized embroidery may take longer and we cannot promise an exact date. For special occasion vest or dress harnesses, we ensure that you will receive the product on or before the special occasion. We control and deny orders for special occasion items when we know we won't be able to deliver on or before the event. Please check the delivery time of each item in the product descriptions. In any case, any issues or problems will be communicated to you via e-mail when necessary.

Why did I receive several different packages for one order?
We ship items when they are available and ship the other items that will take longer to complete later. go.fetch™ has the sole discretion whether to wait for some items before shipping out the order or to make earlier partial shipments. The packing slip should indicate which items were shipped and which items are to follow.

What if my package cannot be delivered?
If your package is returned or refused for some reason, we will attempt to contact you via email. Since your order has been prepaid and to avoid this problem, please make sure you entered the correct shipping address when you ordered from us, and make sure there's someone available to accept your package when it arrives.

What is your return and exchange policy?

My pup wore his dog hoodie to the park a few times and then we decided it's just not the right color for him. Can I return or exchange it?
No, sorry. We only accept items for return or exchange if they are in their original and unused condition. Items that appear used or incomplete in any way will not be accepted, and will be shipped back to you.

What is your policy on custom orders?
We do not allow returns or exchanges on custom or personalized items. To ensure that you are satisfied with your selection, be sure to measure your dog and refer to the size chart provided in the product description. When ordering a personalized item, double-check your spelling.

I have store credit. How do I use it?
We issue store credit in the form of a gift certificate. This allows you to shop on our site and enter in your gift certificate information to pay for your items.

What are your store hours? You can always place an order through our website anytime or e-mail us anytime. We may not be there to process the order or reply to your e-mail but we will get to it as soon as we can.
