We pride ourselves on our product quality and customer service. We are always willing to assist you with any problems, requests, complaints or compliments you may have. Please contact us via e-mail at contact@mygofetch.com or use our "Contact Us" form and we will respond as soon as possible.

Please note that due to various e-mail settings, our e-mail message may be delivered to your spam or bulk mail folder. Should you not receive a reply from us, you may have entered your e-mail address incorrectly or your spam filter won't let us through.

Reselling
go.fetch™ is a seller to end consumers but may accept wholesale orders by special arrangement from resellers or any businesses of any kind who intend to resell. If you are a reseller or any business of any kind who intend to resell and interested in doing business with go.fetch™, please send your inquiries to contact@mygofetch.com or use our "Contact Us" form regarding reselling our products. Product Descriptions
We endeavor to provide accurate and complete descriptions and representations of our products. However, go.fetch™ does not warrant that product descriptions, photos or other content of this site is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. This site may contain typographical errors or inaccuracies and may not be complete or current. Color variations may occur due to monitor settings or descriptions may be incomplete due to human error. We do our best to correct errors when discovered, and we reserve the right to revoke any stated offer and to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions (including after an order has been submitted) and to change or update information at any time without prior notice. Please note that such errors, inaccuracies or omissions may relate to pricing and availability, and go.fetch™ reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order placed based on incorrect pricing or availability information.

If a product offered by go.fetch™ is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it in its original and unused condition. Please use our "Contact Us" form for requests for returns. We apologize for any inconvenience.

Sizing
We strive to delivery to you garments or products that will fit your pet or pets satisfactorily. Due to differences between dogs, their shape and sizes, we highly recommend you measure your pet correctly to ensure a satisfactory fit. It is not reliable to purchase our items based on your pet's breed or weight. Please see our "Measurement Guide" for more information and submit a "Pet Information Form" for each of your pet when placing an order or contact us at contact@mygofetch.com if you need assistance with sizing.

Purchases
We can accept orders through our web site. Orders via other form will be accepted by special arrangement only. We can only sell and ship items to addresses in the continental United States. Consumers outside the continental U.S. who are or can register as Paypal members or with credit card may complete the on-line ordering process. Please ensure to indicate correct shipping address. go.fetch™ will evaluate and accept orders and deliver products to other countries at our own discretion. We will contact you via e-mail as soon as possible to indicate if we can proceed with your order and if there will be any adjustments for shipping and handling.

All prices are subject to change without notice. Companies selling over the Internet are subject to the same sales tax collection requirements as any other retailer. Items purchased and shipped to addresses in Washington State are subject to applicable sales tax.

Method of Payment
All payments must be made through Paypal. Method of payment will be either by Paypal account or by credit card. We currently do not accept cash, checks or any other form of payment except with special arrangements with go.fetch™.

Product Availability
Occasionally, we may receive your order and consequently discover that the item is not available (i.e., it is sold out, damaged, defective or backordered). In such cases, we will notify you via e-mail of the status of the product item and offer you with the option to make another selection or replacement, or to cancel the product item from the order.

Product availability is subject to change without notice. We do our best to correct errors in our site when discovered, and we reserve the right to revoke any stated offer and to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions (including after an order has been submitted).

Delivery
Orders are usually shipped within 2-3 weeks from the order date with the exception of custom orders which may take 5-7 weeks depending on current load and backorders. Custom orders include any custom apparel, custom prints or designs (silkscreening or embroidery). go.fetch™, upon its discretion may ship orders incomplete and deliver partial product items. Other product items will be backordered until products are ready or available for delivery without any additional cost to the customer. We will contact you via e-mail should a particular product item will take longer than expected to make sure that you still want to wait for the item or cancel the item.

go.fetch™ uses the US Postal Service for delivery of your items. Once an item is shipped, you will receive an e-mail delivery confirmation number. All shipments, except for exchanges and returns will have USPS delivery confirmation. Detailed tracking information is not available. You can expect most packages to be delivered to their destination within three (3) to five (5) business days from the ship date. If you have been waiting over fifteen business days (three weeks) for your order, and have still not received it, please contact us at contact@mygofetch.com or use our "Contact Us" form for follow and reminder for assistance.

go.fetch™ may use, at its own discretion other delivery services for delivery of your items when deemed necessary. We will use other delivery services to expedite the delivery time when necessary or when delivering large and heavy packages for resellers.

Please make sure that the shipping information on your order is correct and that someone will be available to receive your package if possible. All orders that require re-shipping at the request of the customer, whether for exchanges, returns, or lost packages, will require an additional delivery charge.

Canceling Orders
Unfortunately, orders and payments are processed either through your Paypal account or credit card once you have completed the checkout process at Paypal. Please contact us at contact@mygofetch.com or use our "Contact Us" form for request for cancellation as soon as possible and within fifteen (15) days to cancel any product item or cancel the whole order. We will refund via Paypal or credit card the canceled product items and adjust delivery charges and taxes accordingly. Please note that when we refund the order via Paypal, we can only recover the commission charges if the refund is processed within fifteen (15) days.

Exchange & Return Policy
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If any go.fetch™ product fails to meet your expectations, you can return your item to us in its original and unused condition within fifteen (15) days of receiving it for an exchange or refund. The following items cannot be returned or exchanged: customized or personalized items. Select custom-made items may not be returned or exchanged, but we note such restrictions on the product detail page.

We will respond to you via e-mail to ship the exchange or returned item along with a copy of your e-mail receipt or packing slip, to:

We are not responsible for items returned to any other address.

The customer is responsible for all shipping and packaging costs related to exchanging or returning an item. We are not responsible for lost or misdirected returns. We cannot accept returns COD. Items received after fifteen (15) days will not be accepted for exchange or return and will be shipped back to the customer.

For exchanges or replacements, after receiving and inspecting an exchanged item, we will ship the replacement item. You will be responsible for the shipping and handling but go.fetch™ will have the discretion to waive such charges. We will refund your Paypal account or credit card, or send you an invoice via Paypal on the difference between the returned item and the replacement item. Delivery charges and taxes if applicable will be adjusted accordingly.

For returns, after receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will refund the purchase price of the item and adjust delivery charges and taxes if applicable to your Paypal account or credit card. Please note that delivery charges are non-refundable.

We cannot honor exchanges or returns for any merchandise that has been used, or is not in its original new condition. All sale, personalized or custom items are final sale and cannot be exchanged or returned.

We work hard to process adjustments (charges or refunds) due to exchanges or returns as quickly as possible. Please allow five (5) business days after we receive the items before we make these adjustments to your Paypal account or credit card.

At go.fetch™, we strive to provide great customer service. We wish we could accept all exchanges and returns without any questions or limitations, but that is just not possible. Thank you for honoring these exchange and return policies, so that we can continue to provide you with quality products.
